Jason Jaacks is a photographer, editor and videographer specializing in documentary
photography, film, new media production. He is the Executive Director of Cordillera
Productions, a media production company based in Santa Fe, New Mexico.
Experience
Filmmaker, The Phillips Collection | Santa Fe, New Mexico - 2010
Produced a short documentary about the Teach With O’Keeffe Program, a collaboration
between The Phillips Collection, The Whitney Museum of American Art and The Georgia
O’Keeffe Museum, which uses the artwork of Georgia O’Keeffe to promote arts integration
within public schools.
Photographer, The Tohono O’odham Voice Against the Wall | Arizona/Mexico - 2009
Created a photographic portfolio to aid in presentations and political organizing for The
Tohono O’odham Voice Against the Wall, a non-profit trying to de-militarize the U.S.-Mexican
border along the Tohono O’odham Nation in southern Arizona.
